Building on the plot

   If you’ve rented a plot with no ground resources (wood, stone, moss or coffee beans), you can construct a building on it. Every plot has a place for one building only. The buildings are divided into production and extraction ones, depending on their purpose.

   In the picture below, you need to extract all the stone before starting construction.
