Rent formula

   In Prospectors, everything is calculated mathematically and reproduced identically as in real life.
   The formula for renting a plot is based on the average salary, so that the player, working with his three workers for 900 minutes a day, can collect rent for 15 days of work. Thus, the rent for the land plot is a monthly payment, which is formed according to the given formula:
3 workers * 900 minutes * 15 days * (X) gold per minute (3 * 900 * 15 * (X)), where X is the average salary.
   The average salary is set once a day, and is calculated as the amount of gold earned by all workers in the world (server) for one day, divided by the number of minutes worked by all workers for one day (example: all workers on a particular server, earned 200,000 gold per day , working 100,000 minutes in total, so the average salary = 200,000 / 100,000 = 2 gold in 1 minute)
   Example of rental cost: if the average salary is 2 gold, then the rental cost = 3 workers * 900 minutes * 15 days * 2 gold / min = 81,000 gold for 30 days.
