I purchased a bank license earlier.
The payment was successfully deducted, but the license does not appear in the Central Bank or anywhere in the game.
I followed your instructions and went to the Central Bank, but:
there is no purchased license
the system asks me to buy and activate it again
my previous payment is missing
I have already contacted support multiple times and sent messages, but there is no response.
Please check this issue urgently and provide:
Confirmation of my payment
Where my bank license is located OR
A refund or restoration of the purchased license
This is not acceptable — funds were deducted, but the product was not delivered.

A few hours ago, my gold balance suddenly dropped to zero (or near zero). Before this happened, I had approximately 1.8 million gold. I carefully checked all possibilities:
I did not buy anything
I did not place large market orders
I did not transfer gold to another player
No buildings or upgrades were started
The gold simply disappeared without any action on my part.
This suggests a possible server-side issue, rollback error, or transaction bug.
I kindly ask you to investigate my account history and restore the missing gold balance if possible.

When I try to perform or try go to work on Grandland.prospectors.io, than showing this error. B_EOS_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND . Please help me to solve it. Or explain how to fix it.
