How to move an item from one worker to another?

   Use the “Transfer”(arrows) tab next to the worker, then select the worker you want to transfer the item to, select what you want to transfer, enter the amount and click the "Move" button. After that the item will be in the backpack of the other player. You must be on the same plot to transfer items from one worker to another. 

   Select the player you want to transfer to.

   Select what you want to move and enter the amount.
