Certificate of a True Prospector

   After a few accidents on production, which were mostly related to newbie unskilled workers who were harmed during the production processes, the State made the decision to carry out precautionary measures to avoid such situations in the future. As a result, we’ve added the Prospectors certification program. Each citizen of Prospectors should receive a “Certificate of a True Prospector” to be able to work 300 min in a row without resting. Once a worker expends all their workable time, they must rest for a total of half the time worked. (ie. 300 mins worked = 150 mins rest). Any workers who are not certified, will now only be able to work for 60 minutes and after that, will need to rest 60 minutes. The certificate is valid for the entire life of all three workers.
